Do you offer returns?
All orders are made with love—just for you! Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns for orders placed in error or if you’ve simply changed your mind.
That said, we want you to be happy with your goodies. If something’s not quite right, please reach out to us at sendit@heythereleila.com with your name and order number, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What if my order was damaged in transit?
We understand that the shipping process can be rough and, on occasion, packages can be damaged in the process. If this happens, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the package and damaged products to sendit@heythereleila.com.

What if my order never arrived?
Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive your delivery (and a little longer during peak holiday periods). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however, sometimes our friends in the shipping industry have misplaced items. If your order hasn’t arrived reach out to us and we’ll look into it.

Can I change my shipping address after an order has been shipped?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped the address can’t be updated. Please double check your address when checking out. If a package is returned due to a customer error, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

How do I carry your products in my store?
We love partnering with amazing retailers! If you’re interested in a wholesale account or selling our products in your store, please submit through the Wholesale page or reach out with your store name and location to sendit@heythereleila.com.
